I disagree with anyone who mocks this. Ringo is incapable of not being cool. My kids loved him for Shiny Time Station & later, The Beatles. My grandkids will love him for powerderpuff girlzz & later, The Beatles. Also: anyone who disses the All-Starr Revue, & that's most of the people I know, are wrong. If Ringo comes to your town, see him & the crazy genius band of has-beens he's compiled to rock and roll for you. Ringo in concert is the best deal you'll ever likely get -- don't blow it.
By just being who he is (and frequently being goofy instead of trying to be cool), Ringo always manages to transcend easy categorizations and be far cooler than almost anyone else in the world.
