Dug out my old vinyl copy and listened again.
Just amazing.
Just happened to watch this on Netflix a few weeks ago. It was touching and powerful to hear Ringo and Klaus discuss the environment that went into making POB. For me it has always been a one-off - both for John Lennon, and for rock music in general. In John's case he tapped into something so powerful and life affirming that he never went back again. I am thankful that he found the courage to go there.
